Raw Pizza was for lunch today with a bowl of salad. :) Tried this recipe instead of my other recipe I was using that required me to sprout kamut.

The dough was a lot harder to work with then the sprouted dough to me. I didn’t have hemp seeds (husband can’t have it military for drug testing) so I added more red bell pepper, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed. My son loved the cheese in the recipe but I seasoned it more to our liking. No oils are used in this recipe and it’s gluten free. This recipe is far less planning compared to sprouted raw pizzas and lower in fat compared to some raw pizzas I came across!
